in empowering
the Consuls
China, to issue Commissions for examination of Witnesses out of the

jurisdiction of the Consular Courts, but within the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court,
and as that Ordinance has

confers certain additional Powers on the Supreme Court, it has become necessary pass a Colonial Ordinance vesting the Supreme Court with those
